I would like to thank all the staff especially Jason for the excellent customer service I received this month in repairing my Honda Odyssey Mini-Van. We had a very perplexing problem occurring with it that no one gave up on.
There are so many places I could have used but I thank God that I chose you to trust with my vehicle. On the first day an evident problem(computer message) was diagnosed and repaired and ready by close of day. On more than one occasion after this when it acted up on me again your service guys worked diligently in trying to figure out why my van would not start after several starts for the day. After my last attempt to leave it with you for a couple of days and the problem couldn’t be duplicated AND tested I picked it up and have not had a problem since. In addition, my heater hasn’t worked since the end of November but miraculously it works now since the day I picked it up!
I have to call this a Christmas miracle because there is no other explanation. Your company and staff is really great! I will recommend your company to everyone I know. I will continue to use you in the future if the need shall arise for future repair work.
